Club & league cricket scoring app

A weekend league does not just need a scorebook — it needs a season’s worth of accurate scorecards and a place where members can follow live. Forth Umpire is a free cricket scoring app built for club, league and association cricket: full scorecards for every fixture, plus live tournament leaderboards across the whole season.

Built for the way leagues run a season

Why clubs and leagues pick Forth Umpire

🏆

Tournament leaderboards

Run a full club tournament: most runs, leading wicket-takers, best strike rate and economy update live across every match in the tournament.

📊

Full scorecards for records

Every match produces a complete batting and bowling scorecard with strike rate, economy, fours, sixes and partnerships — the league record sorts itself out as you score.

📡

Live link for members

Members and supporters who could not make it to the ground follow ball by ball on their phone. One link in the club WhatsApp group is all it takes.

📈

Live run-rate worm

Each innings has a live run-rate chart with wicket markers, so the pavilion can see momentum shifts as they happen.

🔁

Two-innings match flow

Forth Umpire walks you through first innings, innings break and chase — required run rate and balls remaining are calculated automatically.

🆓

Free for the club

No subscription, no per-fixture cost. Score the whole season — every Saturday, every cup match — at no charge.

One scorer, full club records

Score the match ball by ball and the records build themselves — striker and non-striker runs, balls faced, fours, sixes and strike rate; bowler overs, maidens, runs, wickets and economy; fall of wickets, partnership runs, run rate and current over. Club captains who used to copy scorebooks into spreadsheets get the same data automatically, in a format that is already public-ready for a club site or members’ group.

Club & league cricket scoring — FAQ

Can Forth Umpire run a full club tournament or league season?
Yes. Create a tournament, add the participating teams and the squads, and create matches under it. Each match contributes to live leaderboards for runs, wickets, strike rate and economy across the tournament.
Does it support a two-innings limited-overs match with a chase?
Yes. After the first innings the app calculates the target, the required run rate and balls remaining for the chase, and signals when a side has won or the overs run out.
How do supporters who could not come watch the match?
Every match has a 12-character match-day ID and live link. Share it with members and supporters and they follow the score, current over and full scorecard from any browser.
Is there a limit on how many matches a club can score?
No. There is no cap on matches, tournaments, teams or players. The app is free to use across an entire season.
